About RDS:
RDS Motorsports is a new, strictly online based racing team that is looking to fill their driver roster. Currently we have three (x3) spots available to a few drivers who are dedicated, fast and clean. These drivers will be required to attend 90% of the championship races in which they sign up for, and will be required to complete all of the laps in those races. They must be clean yet aggressive, and willing to put their race on the line for the win.
RDS Motorsports currently does not compete in higher levels of racing, which includes Super GT and/or LeMans style races. At this time we would like to compete in most forms of racing that use modified factory cars, including those which have an RM package available.
The Cars:
We strive for a professional appearance, so all team cars will be painted in New Imola Orange Pearl and equipped with Gold Advan wheels. (when available) Not only does this make our cars stand out on the grid, but is also a unique color combination that is easily recognizable to all other drivers.
Cars, paint chips and parts will be provided by the team owner. If a part needs to be purchased to bring a car up to series specs, that will also be provided. Race setups are the sole responsibility of each driver to achieve the best possible setup that suits their driving style(s).
Currently we are competing with the following cars:
- Dodge Challenger SRT-8 '08 - NASCAR Nationwide Series
- Mazda RX-7 Touring Car - PURE Mazdaspeed RX-7 Challenge
- Mazda Roadster Touring Car - PURE FMSC Hydra Tuning World Championship (NEEDS DRIVER)
Driver Requirements:
- Must attend 90% of races
- Must complete all laps (except DC's)
- Must be available when needed
- Must be able to supply race replays
How to Join:
If you think you have what it takes, then you are encouraged to try out. Each individual will be put through several trials, with the best drivers coming out on top and earning their spot on the team. Below is the sign-up procedure. Please post your registration information in this thread.

Driver Trials:
Below you will see the individual trials that each driver is required to complete, and also the format for finding the top 3 drivers. These tests will be done in my private lounge using cars from the recommended list, on stock tires, during the date range listed below.
- Nurburgring 24h Time Trial (Car TBD)
- Grand Valley Speedway Time Trial (Car TBD)
- Spa Franchorchamps Time Trial (Car TBD)
- The top Eight (x8) drivers will then run a 15 lap race at a track to be determined.
- Top Three (x3) drivers are awarded a spot on the team.
