Newbie just purchased yesterday the Season Pass and downloaded the Motorsports Pack. I thought that the Fun Pack was included in the season pass; but the Playstation PS4 library wants to charge me $9.99 to download it. I contacted Playstation support and they said that the Fun Pack has not been released as of yet.
 
The Fun Pack was released back in December :)

I think (somebody will come along to correct me if I'm wrong) the price will show up when you try and get it but if you add it to your basket, it shouldn't actually charge you, since you have the Season Pass. But I really would wait for somebody to confirm that before trying :)
 
Playstation Support told me to go the Library section on my PS4; then go to Playstation store; then go to the add on content for PC2. It then shows a price of $9.99 for the Fun Pack; while the Motorsports Pack was free to download.
 
The problem has been solved as I went ahead and downloaded the Fun Pack at no charge. There was just a bug in PC2 that showed a price of $9.99 in the PS4 console.
