Newbie wants to know if it is possible to earn any trophies/ awards by racing against the AI cars. Since I am using a PS4 console; as far as I can tell you have to race online against other competitors through the monthly Playstation subscription in able to earn any kind of awards. Since I am somewhat of a cheap skate in one sense since the monthly fees can add up over a years time if you know what I mean; I am wanting to know if there is any other way to accomplish this goal.
 
There are plenty of trophies to earn in career mode. Look at the trophie list and read the descriptions for each one. As far as being too cheap for ps plus goes, it’s only $5 a month if you buy a year subscription. That’s extraordinary value for your entertainment dollar considering the amount of content you will be able to access from the online portion of your game collection.

Thanks for the info and advice. I could have swore that the monthly subscriptions started out at around $19.00 per month.

It would be great value for money if ps provided a great network.

I pay for my isp I pay for my playstation I should be able to play online without other fee's.

I do pay for it as I want to play online ;)
