Re-install GRUB?

Hi all,

My system is/was a dual boot between Ubuntu and Vista. Last night i wiped Vista and installed Windows 7 instead. This has obviously overwritten the boot sector so now I don't get the GRUB loader at boot.

So does anyone know how I can reinstall GRUB without reinstalling Ubuntu??

Google is your friend with problems like these but it's fine if you are not sure.
