Re-Installing Game Problem

I had to re-install the game but all of my DLC cars are lost. The game locked up on me so I had to re-install the game. It is working now but what happen to all of my DLC cars? I was at level 700 and now I am starting all over again.

When I deleted the game, I did not delete the gamesave at all. Anyone know how to get the gamesave back to this game in the cloud?

Or is there a phone number to contact them?

Thanks for any advice!
 
Also, when I looked inside my profile in the xbox one console, I still see all of my Achievements for the Horizon 3 game. So why am I not see everything back to where I left off?
