Re-obtaining GT-R Safety Car?

Idiot me has accidentally deleted the GT-R Safety car from my garage
Is there a way to obtain it again without starting a new savegame (which is not an option)?

That's not going to work. The thing about the GTR Safety Car is it has flashing blue lights (not amber / yellow). Perfect Police Car livery material!

The GTR was never a mileage exchange car. It can only be obtained through getting all gold medals in Driving School.
