re oil during championship

i am on the proffesional league right now and most of the championship races have ten laps each. is it possible to re oil during the championship e.g going to the pitstop or before each race?:confused: . if the car is not oiled regularly the bhp goes down and i was planning on using my F1 car (polyphony 001 in the PAL version) :odd:
 
then if that is so which car is best as i do not want to ruin my F1 car:confused:

You wont ruin your car.

You don't experience any HP loss until you reach about 300-400 miles on your car's engine.
 
i've already gone over 1000miles in my F1 car but during that time i have oiled it very regularly:idea:

You will see a HP loss with higher milage no matter how often you have changed your oil. If you have 1000+ miles on that F1 car you are experiencing a power loss already. :)
 
thanks i'll just use for the championships and try and win another one later!
 
nup... but the AI HP would go down too, so it should all be even :)

With the Championship races, I don't worry about re-oiling, but when (as soon as) the Championship has finished, I oil up the car right away, and that seems to keep in in fairly good nick, ie I can still get out front and keep it there.
 
changing oils right after acquiring the car will give a little HP increase for the car. According to my observation, even after a long race series the amount of power loss is less than the power gained from the first oil change.

he's making you parinoid. You can't aquire damage, you cant roll the car, you cant blow the engine, you cant have a flat tire, you cant run out of gas,...... but you do need to occassionally change your blinker fluid ;)
 
Don't forget to change your muffler bearings as well.
 
Go to Options > Bearings and Lubricants... it's in there.
 
are you sure, i have the PAL version it might not be on it?

:lol: Mate, they're tricking you ;) First thing you have to make sure you do is get tinted windows! Options > windows.
