re-winning prize cars

i know you can re-win prize cars for the uhmm series races.
but what about the other regular class races?
i'm trying to get the mugen s2000 which is a prize car in the type R meet (which i already completed). if i get golds in all those races do i get to get a prize car again?

Nope. You can only when from a series race.
