Millions, myself included. Ford Mondeo ST220 + Ford Transit LWB.
There is also a long string of Fords behind me, plus a Renault Clio and Saab 900 Turbo.

Yourself?

Most people over 17 in the UK, if you like GT5 I would imagine you have at least a passing interest in real life cars.
My previous 5 cars.
Alfa Romeo 156 Veloce
Alfa Romeo Spider 2.0
Fiat Coupe 20v Turbo
Vauxhall Calibra 4x4 Turbo
Vauxhall Calibra 2.0 Redtop

I just turned 18 last week. My first car was a 1994 Audi 80 1.6 SE. I currently drive a 1989 Mercedes 230CE 2.3. Can't beat the old classics. And I also live in the UK.

Nice couple of first cars mine was an ancient polo 1.1 and it poured rainwater into your shoes when you took left hand bends :(

I do, I only have driven 3 cars so far though, as I have just recently passed my theory, so I'm not that experienced. I have driven my mothers car, a Renault Kangoo, my Uncles Peugeot 307, and my driving instructors car which is a Vauxhall Corsa, the new one.

My car, or at least one that I want would be a Golf GTi, the new one, or the new Ford Fiesta, realistically, an old Corsa or Fiesta.

I drive a dodge dakota,man i wish they exported alfa's to the U.S, i would kill for a Brea

I drive a Ford Taurus wagon around as a daily driver (you laugh until you see the $48 a month insurance!) a Chevy 2500HD for a tow vehicle and I have a 1963 Triumph Spitfire race car.

Over 6 Million copies sold. Just a few thousand people on this site. Not a good sample of how many are old enough to drive, and own a car.

I've been driving for... a while.

Me I have had :-

Mini clubman estate
Vauxhall nova 1.2L
Vauxhall cavalier 2.0 GLi
Peugeot 2.0 Hdi turbo (my fav as it drove like it was on rails)
Renault Espace (crappiest thing i have ever owned)
Nissan Almera 1.4L (current car economical im a dad type car LOL )

Yes, see signature.

How many people race cars?

+1

I turn 18 next month, so I drive.
I currently drive a red 1990 Dodge Daytona ES with 70,000 miles. 👍
My whole family is into classic cars.
My family (my mom, dad, and I) have a black 1986 Oldsmoblie Cutlass Salon and my dad and I are in the process of restoring a Rallye Red 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T convertible. It won't have matching numbers, and is certainly not all original. But we are restoring it to original condition with no custom parts.
It has a 383 Magnum with a four speed. Red interior, white top, and white R/T stripe down the side.
My family belongs to the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA). As well as my grandparents as you will see below.
My mother's parents have:
1950 Ford Crestliner in (Sportsman Green)
1947 Chevrolet Fleetline Sedan (tan with brown roof)
1947 Chevrolet Fleetline Coupe with dealer installed "woody" exterior trim (tan with brown roof)
1970 Dodge Challenger convertible (unorginal yellow with black top)
1973 Dodge Challenger (red - All original.
The Challenger that we have was my grandpa's, but about 6 or 7 years ago he realized that he would never get around to restoring it, he gave it to us.
My dad and I finally got around to working on it recently.

Can you tell I'm proud? Haha

Owned in order
Metro 1.0 City X
Rover 214 Si
Rover 414 Si
Peugeot 306 LX Diesel
Peugeot 307 S Diesel

Freshly redone. Going to a race in Savannah this weekend, so I'll have new pictures then

my old DSM "beast", a 443 AWHP (mustang dyno) self tuned (ECMLink) street car, played on Texas world Speedway, and some Road Racing in Austin-Volente Area:

@SteelyDave06

I absolutely LOVE DSM's, especially the AWD turbo versions. 👍 Wish GT5 had these instead of the front wheel drive '95 Eclipse.

Nice! Had a 97 GST myself. Sold for 03 Evo 8. Sold that for 06 Sti. Sold that for 07 STI that I have now.

Not much racing except on empty lots and roads where I won't hurt anybody except myself.

Mostly drive my 07 Merc C230 and hopefully a C63 AMG within a year or two. At least that is my goal.

I always cringe when I think about letting go of my DSM but then I think about how many problems I had with it I guess I am ok with it :(

I agree! I have over 800 cars and I have been looking for a TSI or GSX but I cannot remember if I have found one. Going off of memory because my blue ray player is broken and no disc games :(

I do, but they are all outdated. I just finished a complete restoration and it is basically a different car now. That and the last pictures I have from before are of me smacking the wall in Nascar Bend at VIR :indiff:

This Sunday, or if I have Wifi at the track beforehand I will post up pictures from the event I will be competing in.

Walls are no fun... I had a 88 944 racecar that got scrapped due to a wall. (And I find it funny that people want 'realistic' damage in GT5.)

GL at the track. :)

Maybe if PD had programmed the cost of repairs in there they might reconsider :p

And thankyou. It'll be the first event on a new engine, so I believe I will be taking it nice and easy for most of the weekend.

Currently drive a Mitsubishi Evo 7. Used to drive a Supra SZ-R. Have done a couple of track days.
