I was wondering what the players of GT really drive, cars like the ones in the game…or lemons. I had a souped up 1991 Civic hatch back with a JDM B18 motor and some other awesome ****, but I sold it, and now I drive a Saturn Ion (hopefully to be modified soon!).

I had a '95 Neon. Not the ACR, but the 132-hp "Highline" version. I had to say good bye to it (wrecked), but I'm on vacation now, so I don't miss it.

But sure is a lot of fun driving your car in the game, and win with it!

the US Lancer(s) are absolutely nasty.
the Japanese ones are very ncie, but you'll spend a solid $100,000 to get one.
the newer 2003/4 US Lancer looks a good bit more like the Japanese VI GSR, but thegrille has a huge (almost Edsel-like) pillar in it, and altezza lights.

Im saveing for my car, a '68 ford falcon (australian) l6 and im gonna mod it like this:
-Exractors
-Twin 2in Exaust with 2.25in tips
-low low low ride hight
-blue paint
-bonnet scoop
and an intereior fit out with racing seats and hopefuly a half roll cage.
As for wheel/tyre combo, cant choose what i want!

I'll be saving for a MY04 Subaru Impreza 2.5RS. I might get to drive my brother's '92 Celica ST for now 'til i can afford the Impreza. Yes i'm getting the 2nd gen with the new front-end! Thinking about getting a 22-24mm adjustible rear sway bar for some cornering around tight cones.
