This is just for fun and sorry if it's in the wrong place. I've driven all 5 JDM 90s 'halo'cars that friends owned, and thought I'd share - we used to go to the 1/4m strip together. We were all stock too!
I owned an all stock 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4. My best 1/4m was 13.28@103.9mph. I ran consistent 13.3-13.4@101-104mph.
The 3000GT VR-4 isn't for everyone. 1990-1993 VR-4 models make 300HP/307TQ with a 5 speed that's geared insanely long. They have active aero, electronic suspension, 4WS, and tuneable exhaust - some people love these gadgets. I don't like the first gens, they can be fun though. This is the model that's in GTS.
1994-1999 VR-4 models make 320HP/315TQ with a 6 speed that's geared WAY better, and by 1996 weighed almost 200 lbs less than a 1G, and by 1997 weighed under 3700 lbs. It's fast by 2019 standards and will do 0-60 in 4.7-4.9 and the 1/4m in 12.9-13.3@101-105 (depending on year or if it's a Stealth which weighed less). It's heavy but fast, and corners ok, better than the Z, but you have to manhandle it. The gearbox is notchy and shifts could be nicer. The 1994-1996 Dodge Stealth R/T Turbo can hit 12.8-12.9 stock, they weigh less, around 3560-3630 lbs.
Onto the others:
1. 1994 Toyota Supra Twin Turbo: 320HP/315TQ. It was a 6 speed, bone stock before he made it into what it is now (800hp). Low RPM acceleration isn't as quick as the VR4 - from 0-100 the VR4 wins then the Supra TT passes easy and takes off like crazy. Crazy top end speed - pressing the pedal down at 80mph has you at 140mph in no time. Without the limiter this car will do 180mph easy. Easily spins tires. Handles like a boat, only a little less better than my VR-4. 0-60 in 4.9-5.2, 1/4m 13.5-13.7@105 108mph.
Friend's best 1/4m run stock: 13.59@108.2mph.
2. 1991 Mazda RX-7 R1: 255HP/215TQ. I'm 6"3, and barely fit! That said, it feels much faster than it is, and I don't like the sequential TT set up, the boost just all of a sudden comes on. The best handler easily, but you gotta know what you're doing. The light weight is nice. It keeps up with the 300ZX TT even with 50 less HP. It launches the second best. 0-60 in 4.9-5.4, 1/4m in 13.6-14.1@98-101mph.

3. 1992 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo: 300HP/283TQ. 5 speed, stock, still is. My least favorite, but still an amazing machine. It's like a Japanese muscle car. Burn outs for days. Hard to launch due to the suspension, but HICAS makes it fun in the corners (though it's the slowest around a track). 0-60 5.0-6.0, 1/4m 13.7-14.2@100-104.
Friends best 1/4m: 13.72@104.2mph.
4. 1990 Acura NSX: 270HP/210TQ. A supercar only when VTEC hits, this is a top end car. Before VTEC engagement it feels like any Honda, the engagement when it hits is almost like a turbo. Truly useable everyday, the owner still has it with 190k on it (he'll never sell it). Handles amazingly, like a safer Lotus Esprit. Not all that fast (until high RPM) and launching it is difficult. 0-60 5.3-5.5, 1/4m 13.8-14.0@101-104.

We found a mile long back road once and went at it to see who'd cross the mile mark first:
1. Toyota Supra Supra Twin Turbo by 2 cars
2. Acura NSX by a quarter of a car
3. Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 by 1.5 cars
4. Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo by half a car
5. Mazda RX-7 Twin Turbo

In the 2000s I was lucky enough to have friends with the other three. These were my experiences:
