Really confused about prize cars ??????

I was doing the dream car championship on amateur t'other day cos I wanted to win the rx-7 race car. I believe the 4 cars you can win in that race are the RX-7 Race Car , Honda S2000 Race Car , Impreza Race Car and the Altezza Race Car (i think)
Anyway - I had already won the scooby and saved it and started the championship again and saved that on the 5th race - I was trying for the RX-7 - But the comp gave me the Scooby again - I though you couldnt win a prize car more than once??? Anyone won a prize car more than once on the same race ??? jw :D :D :D
 
Well I have never won the 2 prize cars at the same time for one race but I have won the same car multiple times at a race. I have raced the Speedway enduro like 5 times and have won 2 F1's and 2 Vitz's. Does this answer your question at all? :confused:
 
It does a bit but I didnt measn two cars at the same time
I meant that I have won the same car again - something which I thought was the big thing about gt3 - you know that you cant win a prize car more than once so its important not to sell your prize cars but then if you can win them back again then it doesnt matter if you sell them ???????? jw :D :D :D

On the races where you have a random selection as your prize car, you can win any and all of them multiple times. The races where there is only one prize car, you can only win once. That's why we say there are only two 787Bs in the game, and one RSX, yadda yadda.

Thsi would explain why I freaking did the "Like the wind race" Twice thinking I could win 2 Escudos! Only for a measly 10,000. :(

You win the RSX by doing one of the Type-R series, correct? Or do you win one for each? That seems kinda dumb, but I've got a blue one and a black one. Can't remember where I got em, but I know you can get two. I'm NTSC since I'm in the US, if anybody were to wonder. -maybe I misunderstood the explanation on this thread or somthin.
