Hi GTP,

Since im pretty new at this game, i just did the Grand Valley endurance race. I soooooooooo wanted the F1 car, but i ended up getting the stupid Impreza LM Racecar which i already have....!!!!!!!! Is there no way to save the game keep loading until i get the F1 or is it really just tough luck...:(

I guess i'll have to do another endurance race tomorrow...probabaly the superspeed way endurance.....

Tough luck.

Try doing those series races which offer an F1 car as the prize, by this way, you'll guarentee yourself an F1, as you could use the save-load trick to get the car you want.

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!!

There's no need to do an endurance race! You can win the Pro Dream Car Cup instead, and using the save/load trick, you can get an F1!

Welcome to GTP, by the way. :)

yeah, thanks for the advice, im gonna get the F1 for sure, i must get one before this weekend haha. It is my goal. Which race is easy, quick and i can get a F1 for sure?

Yeah, if you win an F1, you can race in my series! :D

There are NO single races in which you can win an F1, other than the enduros of course. You have to enter the Pro Dream Car Cup or Polyphony Digital Cup in the Pro league. They're 10 races I think, in which each race has about 10 laps.

Check the prize car list and you should know where to get the F1s.

Pro Dream Car Cup has 7 races with 15 laps, Shant. You're right on the dot with the PD Cup though. :D

You can win an F1 from the Formula GT...and for completing Sim and Pro Mode. :)

:p I'm doing the PD Cup now, so my mind is pretty much focused on the cup now. Can't remember about the Pro Dream Cup though :D

Thanks for the correction Jon. ;)

But he wants a quick and easy way to win em'.

The worst thing is that you have to spend at least an hour in a single race series to win an F1. :grumpy:

i think the easiest way is to drive superspeedway endurance race with fast car.... it only last less than one hour... i did it that way... first i got Clio... but at the second time i got F1... and only less than 2 hours spent... then i drove it with my new formula.. got it under 50 minutes... and got some other car....

race superspeedway!!! :D

Yeah, i think im gonna do the superspeed way tomorrow after my physics test :banghead: i was thinking maybe even Seattle Enduro but maybe not since no one recommended that one

Just complete all 10 endurance races.
If the game gives equal chances for each of the 4 prize cars in a race, the chance of you not getting an F-1 after the 10 endurance races is (3/4)^10, which is about 5.63%. So you have just under a 19/20 shot. You're planning to do the 100% thing I assume so you're gonna have to go through with those races anyway.
kideng
P.S. If patience is not one of your virtues, you can always complete all the rallies and get an Escudo. And do the rubberband/memory card trick on the Super Speedway Endurance.

Use the rubber band trick on Super Speedway...about an hour, and then you don't even have to go near the TV! ;)

What is the rubber band trick?
So i dont even have to pit to get new tires?
Im doing Super speedway in about 2 hours cuz i just failed my physics test :D

Use the rubber band trick, then go study Physics some more. You won't need to be there to run the race.

Get something very very fast - F1, Escudo, ZZII full turbo, something. Remove all downforce if it has any. Go to the Options menu and define the left analog stick as steering, and left motion on the right analog stick as acceleration. You won't need brakes. Set your preferences to Automatic Transmission.

Start the Super Speedway 100, then lightly rubberband the two analog sticks together, which should hold full right steering and full throttle on the car.

The auto trans will shift as necessary, and the right steering will make sure you stay out of the pits and out of trouble. Turn the sound down on the TV. Go away for 45 minutes or an hour and come back to see that you've won a prize and 100,000 credits.

Or find yourself spinning in circles in the pit entrance, throwing cones everywhere... :D

I did the Super Speedway Endurance something like 10 times and I had 3 Clios, 5 C5-Rs and 2 Falcons. :(

Then I read something about racing it with a fully modded Lancer to be sure about an F1.:odd:

Thought you didn't need it fully modded so I did it with my "half" modded one and got a Clio again. Used the money to fully upgrade my Evo6 and got a Corvette.
Bought an Evo7, tuned it, raced it and got an F1 in less than an hour :) :D after having spent more than 12 hours trying to get one.

In the end I didn't even like my Polyphony 001, I think you lose every form of fair competition.

After all that trouble...:irked:

but the trick worked:D

YAY!
I got the F090 the first try on super speedway, i had fun hitting the other cars with my Vertigo

Thx guys for ur advice, now i shall dominate MUHAHA

Cool, you must be very lucky popfeng. :)

Famine, you mustn't have set up the trick right if you were spinning around aimlessly....:odd:

Wouldnae know - never done it. I prefer to run it in my Integra Type-R...

wow, didn't know it was that hard...i tried super speedway enduro once with a maxxed out zonda c12s, had a great time rear ending the mines skyline everytime i lapped it...and won the F1 rig on my first try...i'm not that good, but i sure am lucky

The first time i did the Super Speedway I did it in a Vette Z06. :)

I did the Super Speedway in a Escudo (bully). And I got the Tickford Falcon XR8.
