Probs been mentioned many times already but...............

I did my 1st B-Spec endurance, the Grand Valley 60 lapper........

Took my 4 bobs a little over 2 hours to complete and I win.........

49,000credits...WTF

Really...honestly What the Frick is the point in wasting 2 hours for just short of 50K!!!

I can get 90K for grinding for 10min with an X2010 on dream car!!!

God knows how much you'll get for a 24hr endurance...I really hate to think!

Rant over and I feel better :)

Not done any yet so I didn't no that's how much you get, that's perfetic IMO :/

By the way, how much XP did you get for this? Surely you must get alot or there would be n point in doing these endurance races. Thanks :).

And not to forget you get a goldish cup & a Honda DUALNOTE Concept '01.

No really, it sucks. You should get the same amount of cash you would get for 2 hrs Indy grinding = around 3.000.000 Cr.
And i don't talking about X2010 grinding. I mean with a real car, f.e. ZR1 or Ford GT.

With a better payment i would do much more the 4 hrs Nürburgring instead of Indy auto grinding. :)

About 99900 or summat like that I think???? Didn't take much notice as was reeling from the 49K payday!!!

do you think its acting like the drivers on forza where they get a cut? PD just dont indicate it the same way...

seems that way if you get more for earning it yourself...

That is why I am still neglecting a spec enduros. Too little time to spend playing the game and way too many cars I want to get to worry about them yet but the time is coming if I want to get some of the better prize cars on later and longer races. Hope they correct this before I invest time in them. $1mm should be the minimum starting point for any edurance race but just my thoughts

Well, I won the Le Mans 24H race last week on B-Spec and all I recieved was 260,000Cr. The B-Spec Endurance payouts are a joke to be honest.

I'd care more if the payouts were similar in A-Spec. Thankfully they're not. :)

Its B-Spec, you don't have to do anything so I guess its understandable..

Yeah....Something is wrong when Dreamcar B-spec Indy pays like 90k for 22 laps and The B-spec Indy 500 (200 laps) pays about the same. It doesn't even matter that you get a shiny new car too, since you can't trade or sell it. 👎👎👎 epic fail pd

autogrind aspec like the wind indy is by far the fastest and easiest way to fill up your bank account, on bspec, dream car series is pretty good, but you have to babysit it and start the next race every 15-20 min.

but the credits are pretty lame for the endurance races, you get a ton more remote racing your bobs in allot less time.

Yep the B spec credits are pathetic but luckily they upped the xp so it's not that bad I guess. I've golded every B spec race up to level 32 so far. Remote racing pays way more in credits and xp if people use your drivers a lot.

You get 150,000 Cr and ~250,000 XP on A-Spec Grand Valley 100km. Still, the rewards are subpar for the Endurance races. Perhaps PD can boost it up, temporarily or permanently, just enough to make as an alternative or replacement for the Extreme Hall grinding. Like for example, the Le Mans 24hr. You get 794,000 Cr on A-Spec and 260,000 Cr -- both very low for a very long endurance race. Maybe PD can bump it up a lot higher, like something from those numbers to 8-17.5 million Cr on A-Spec and 3-6.3 million Cr on B-Spec (B-Spec's lower because you're just a driving instructor) and the Nurburgring 24hr can be 18-20 million Cr on A-Spec and 7-12 million Cr on B-Spec. Of course, all Endurance races will apply to these considerable Credit increases.

^Word. If you spend an entire 24hrs playing this game you damn well ought to be able to buy ANY car in the game with your winnings. This is a game after all, not a career, or an economics lesson. :grumpy:

Well in that case the game is correct because the economy sucks! :sly: I kid I kid ...... no really the economy sucks. :nervous:

Really? Wow. You can earn that in 30 minutes at Indy. At least now I know not to bother with the 24-hour races for the money, that's for sure.

It's a joke. Their really only worth it for the prize cars. But even then the endurances aren't worth the time. I mean the 4 hour mazda roadster gives you a prize car worth less than 50k. I guess it's for the conveniance of not having to babysit bob.

Thanks. But surprisingly, American Champs - Indy takes a lot faster -- a mere 11 straight hours to hit 17 million :O Which takes about 174 races (NOTE: These numbers are formed from using an RM'ed ZR1, so It may differ).

You shouldn't really bother doing ANY of the endurance races for the prize money, especially the B-Spec endurance races. Just keep doing A-Spec races at Indy if you want to gain cash. Endurance races are all about the XP.

The problem is finding the time to babysit bob and pressing x every 15 minutes.

But we already race car driver jobs. :dopey: With inflation one endurance race purse should easily be enough to buy any car.

Yep, the large amount of XP you gain from winning endurance races more that make up for the mediocre amount of money you receive.

Well, B-spec endurances are still useful:
Say there's a car in the UCD you really want, and are 200K short.
You only have 1 game day left until it's out of the UCD.
Which mean you only have 1 race left to make that money...
THAT's where endu's are still very useful.
Game time =/= Real time

I do however agree that, endu's could/should be more rewarding...
But a B-spec race that nets you 260k, without you doing anything and only advances you 1 game day (only really matters for the UCD, though), isn't THAT bad, imho.

Unless you're level 34-35 and there's nothing left to level up to other than a bit of geek-cred for reaching level 40 (which I don't care about in the least bit). 👎

I posted about this a little while back.

IMO, the endurance races are at the wrong XP levels. Having to hit level 25 before you can run an endurance would be fine if the rewards for running said races actually matched up to the level you need to be to race them. Which they don't. I've always thought that the better approach would have been to scatter the endurances throughout the other series. So open up two when you reach the end of beginner, two more when you beat pro etc.

The problem is finding the time to babysit bob and pressing x every 15 minutes.

Working at home (video editing), I put my PS3 on one on the 3 screens on my desk. Now I edit while occasionally looking over to watch my Bob. It's like having a model train setup except with sexier sound.

I don't have many cars as I haven't been gifted nor done any duping, but I am at B-spec lvl 33 and enjoying very much what PD has provided us. Just cant wait to get the historic Jag racer and a Ferrari F10.

And to the OP, yes the payouts in Cr. are a trifle, but I'm doing it for the exp. points and the prize cars...
