Recommend Phone Apps

I was looking through the app store earlier, and I was wondering what apps to download. I thought I'd ask you guys of there's any great apps you've downloaded recently. [Both Apple and Android apps]

Obviously the GTPlanet app for both platforms is a great one.
But I just got 'Bike Baron' (Apple): great game, very simple, very addicting.

Now, over to you.

Coin Pirates, iMobsters, Robo Defense, X Construction (games) and PowerAMP (music player) are my recommendations for any Android phone.

I use Google Reader (available on both I believe) the most of any of my apps, great for updates on just about anything.

Tubemate for downloading youtube videos on Android.

Soundhound which is a free unlimited version of Shazam (song identification) for Android.

IMDB for anything and everything related to movies from release dates to news to reviews to what actors were in every movie... Oh and showtime at your local theater. Apple and Android.

I am an Android user and find the following apps to be very useful:
Realcalc - Calculator and unit converter
Currency Converter
Skype
I'm also using the MX Video Player until such time as the VLC Player for Android is released into the wild, at which time I will need to hold a competition

Cyanogen mod. Bought my first android phone the other day and this made it so much faster and better looking. After that you also have a whole host of other apps you can install.

They have an issue with my phone where 911 doesn't work with that rom. I've got a different Canadian specific rom. It's also the root that gives you the new apps not cyanogenmod.
