Recommend Some Good Sci-Fi Games From Steam

Hello GTPlanet. I'm looking for some good Sci-Fi games that are on Steam. I already know about some. I have Half Life 2, Mass Effect 1/2, and Crysis. What are some others? Also give me a good reason why I should get it. I'm up for anything really, RPG, FPS, RTS.
 
Dead Space 1 + 2 are Sci-Fi as they supposedly came from System Shock.

Well, by Sci-Fi, what do you actually want? Most of the RTS could be termed Sci-Fi if you look at the Command and Conquer series (as they have sci-fi style weapons and so on) and games of similar ilk.

There's also WarCraft. StarCraft. Everquest (probably not being used anymore). Final Fantasy series. And more that I can't quite remember right at this moment.
 
If you have Half-life I'm guessing you also have Portal and Portal 2? If not, consider them recommended.
