Red Bull Jr - No Tuning, won't allow car in lobby

Tried to run a lobby the other day with Red Bull Jr's. Wanted a no tuning allowed lobby. Set the room up to tuning prohibited. My car and several others allowed in the lobby with no problem. Another joined and was not able to get in saying his car is tuned. It was not. I backed out off the track to compare settings. He verified that his car was the same as mine. I went to get back on the track and then mine was saying it was tuned. Switch to b setting and it worked. Switched to c setting, then said no tuning allowed.

Anybody else had this issue?

Thought the mini patch yesterday may have fixed it but looked this morning and the same thing.
 
Sorry for the massive thread bump, but I encountered a very similar issue with this car tonight while trying to create my own room and after doing some quick testing, I thought I would share my findings for future reference.

Like @ynot, I set the room up as tuning prohibited and attempted to go out on track, unlike ynot, my car didn't meet the regulations at all. I tried changing between the A, B and C settings sheets but none of them worked. So, I left the online lobby and bought a brand new X2014 Jr. I went back and tried the exact same thing. This time my car did indeed meet regulations. Now, I had fiddled with all three settings sheets at one point with my original X2014 Jr. but I did revert them back to default, so my only assumption is that perhaps the "tuning prohibited" regulations don't register the "back to default" settings option.

So tl;dr of my findings:
- Don't touch the settings at all before creating or joining a "tuning prohibited" room with the X2014 Jr.
- If you have touched the settings, buy a new X2014 Jr.
- If that doesn't work then there goes my theory!
 
maybe you did a oil change or i mean engine tune
 
Nope. I did an oil change right after purchasing my new X2014 Jr and it still worked and the only changes I made to my old car were to the setup itself.
 
Wellmy original post was back in April and it is now Oct 31st. I have not tried it since then. I gave up and just set the room for 250 HP and allow tuning.
