Red Bull X2010, -11 & -14

Hey there,

When GTS was announced I wondered why the Red Bull X2010 car and its successors were not included, given how proud PD seemed of them in GT5 and 6. I expected to see them in Group X. Was there any info on that? Did a timed contract run out or something?
 
No info released on them at all, good or bad.

I, personally, wouldn't care if they were added. Didn't really see the fun in them in previous GT games. Just my opinion, obviously.
 
Sure, I know many people don't like them much. Just seemed curious to me that a signature item of the previous games would be discarded like that.
 
It's the same as if Lewis Hamilton isn't the world champion when the next GT is released, I expect he won't be in the next GT

yeah they probably ended any partnership when they started slipping in F1. just a guess though....
 
Maybe if they come back they can do a Gr. 1 version.
 
They can stay gone for all i care, too hard to handle.
 
Probably licensing has to do with. Its similar to why some games with licensed soundtracks can't be republished
 
The most innatural and unsimulative car ever been in a game called "gran turismo" ... IMHO ...

I actually enjoyed the Red Bull cars. They were like a beefed up F1 car. After driving one of these, GR1 is a breeze. And while they're at it how about bringing back the Lunar Rover race. A sport race on the moon would be hilarious. :lol:
