Red bull x2010 tyre wear glitch?

I've gone onto another profile to play something else while I grind my way through the 24h Nurmburgring race. I've started doing the 4hr endurance race in the Red bull for a laugh and the fuel depletion is normal but the tyres (RS) are not wearing out at all, absolutely nothing. Is this a glitch with my second profile?

Nah. The X2010 has ridiculous tire conservation. Not noticing any tire wear before having to make a pit stop is hardly unheard of.
 
Are you pushing the car to it's limit (red smoking tyres)?
You may be driving too soft for the tyres to wear out quickly:tup:

NO... Since the 2.0 update, the Tyre wear and grip is power up

Indy 500 race using Racing soft tyre wear could reduce 1/3 until Fuel running out.
 
Shouldn't a car like the X2010, a car with god like downforce at every speed, eat it's tires like a pothead with a bag of cheetos?
 
Fuel will always run out before tires in the X2010.

That's simple, reach the laps which the AI couldn't achieve > Place the car anywhere until the race The End. Most Japanese use this method...
