You could make an alt account, and spend the whole $2 that it costs for DLC. Use your send every day to paint a car with DLC Paint, send it to your alt account, then restore, keeping your DLC Paint and the original car you sent. I am not opposed to asking for stuff occasionally, but for that low of a price, you could actually do it yourself.
