Redownloading the beta

I sold my PS4 a while ago then bought one again recently. I've downloaded GTS again and my online save. Some info is missing and it hasn't loaded it exactly from where I left off. Would some of that info, including miles on the beta, be synced up with my current GTS if I download the beta again?

Edited for spelling. Autocorrect doesn't work very well on this site for me for some reason.

Can one even still download the beta?

I don't see how adding the beta would restore lost progress.

Even if you re-download the beta, the servers were deactivated on that particular software platform, so you can’t access any data from it, nor save any progress or creations (if you can even make any with the online-only status).

If you had any data from the beta it should’ve carried over when you started up the full game.
