So, today (And yesterday) I made a few mistakes.

1. I decided to re-do the 24 Hours of the 'Ring in B-spec
2. Although I DID get the GT-R Special-Fancy-Chrome-Carbon-Black-Awesome edition, I have yet to drive it because...

3. I started the race at 12:30 last night.
4. Originally I chose the oldest Pescarolo-Peugeot, with a massive turbo. With my luck, it started to pour rain after turn 3
5. My best driver was a level 37, so the Audi R8 '01 continued to beat me by being able to go 1 or 2 laps longer

So, lets restart the race. I'm only doing this to level up my 4 drivers.
6. I picked the X2011 Prototype, forgetting that cars lose power over time.

So now, on Hour 20, min 44 I am forcing D.James to take the X2011 around on no fuel, to save the amount of miles he would have racked up. I still reckon that there will be at least 2000 miles on the chassis, but thats better than 5 or 6 thousand. Obviously, I could have used one of my 3 X2010's, but i was caught up in the novelty of the "Newer, faster one".

So I come to this, what happens when my Prototype starts to lose power? Am i doomed forever until i fork over $5 to Sony for another DLC pack? What about the 2010 prototype? How do you get another one?

Hopefully SOMEONE has a X2010 and X2011 with no miles on it. So i ask, please, save it with no miles since a lot of us would like to glitch it once we wake up and realise theres no other way of getting a X2010 prototype.

Not really sure what the point of this was, but ah well. *Awaits modslap for being in the wrong forum, which in my defense wasn't entirely a question or entirely about B-Spec*

Edit: I've just realised, am I even going to get Double Exp? Technically I won't have signed in the day the race finishes. That would REALLY irritate me.

Since I only race online, all my good cars are zero miles. I delete and restore my save my save once I'm done racing. This obviously won't work for offline if you want to progress though.

A solution is putting expected high milage cars on a secondary account and setting them to share. You on your main account can borrow these cars and not worry about mileage.

Also, you don't have to worry about your car being permanently affected until you approach 9000 miles. Until then, spending 1,000,000 at GT Auto on engine and chassis will make it almost like new (engine break in messes with horsepower). The X2011 can't be borrowed if I remember, but you can delete your game data (NOT SAVE DATA) and redownload a new one. Also PD said an update will allow you to buy new DLC cars in the game itself without buying the DLC again with real money. The 2010 can only be won once, but can be borrow glitched.

Also remote race is better for leveling drivers. I have secondary accounts and can put 16 of my drivers in a remote race whenever I need to.

In December the DLC cars will be in the dealership so you'll be able to purchase another one if need be :).

i have both x10 and x11 (they're my names for them.) and oil change it when needed, my x10 needed oil and then it was running fine.

I did the 24hr Sarthe A-spec race last week - over a 5 day period. When the race finally finished i still had my 200% bonus:dopey:. However when I logged in the next day my login bonus was down to 130%:ouch:. After 5 days of sheer GT5 commitment....👎

So yes, you should still get your 200% bonus for race completion, but you may lose a day's bonus the next day.

Whats the effects of it? I tried to look it up but couldnt find anything interesting.. :scared:

Man, please stop right there, don't take that risk. As Exorcet and Nish_280z have both said, the DLC cars will be available on the New Car Dealership from December on if you have bought the DLC pack! Shiny new ones, no mileage!

Havent got the DLC package yet.. J/W becouse someone told me that I might have to delete the Game data as I cant play online bc of NAT, but I aint doing that lol

Sure, it's so easy to get 20 million.

You won't give a bob a touring car, you will give it a X2011.

Touringcars: 300.000 (5 minutes)
X2011: 20.000.000 (only archieved once by me in 4 months)

For the amazing price of 20 million credits for a X2011.

I wouldn't buy one even if it were 5 or 10 million so that makes no difference to me. If he is worried about using up his X2011 though his options are: don't drive it, drive it sparingly or to not worry about it as if he really wants it he will be able to buy another.

Never said it was easy. I grinded my way there three times, for the Ferrari P4, the Ford Mark IV and to have enough money with the online Bobs to buy the Chapparals. It did take a hell of a long time and looking for races I haven't done too often just to shake things up a little.

But that's just what it takes if you want those cars for yourself. And if you risk losing your data which you have probably spent at least 4 month on (as you say), I'd rather grind a bit.

Just borrow a friends X2010 or X2011. Every time I've wanted to do a B Spec enduro, I've checked out what cars my friends have online to be shared, found someone that had an X2010 online and used theirs.

Hey I never heard of this paint GT-R Special-Fancy-Chrome-Carbon-Black-Awesome edition before how do I get it and can you add me stvbdkd and send me one please.

I used the X2010 that I won for L35 B-Spec for grinding B-Spec Bernie up the levels - it has clocked 22,629 miles!!:dopey:
I'm gonna keep it running - no engine change, nothing, and we'll see what happens!!:D

My Vettel challenge and Vettel F! champion models are untouched!!:sly:

My game data became corrupted so I had to reinstall it. I have the DLC. When I reinstalled it and all the updates, my Kart Space track was missing. I still had Spa, but Kart Space was nowhere to be found. I tried to redownload it but it wouldn't let me. I even went to PS store to see if I could purchase it again. It wouldn't let me buy the track pack, but would let me buy everything else. I went back into the game and found out I could redownload the cars, gear, and paints again for free. I tried going online to a session that was using the Kart Space track in hopes that would "bring it out of hiding" on my game data, but no such luck.

In the end, I am left with Spa, 2 sets of cars, 2 sets of gear, and 2 sets of paints, but NO Kart Space.

Look at it this way, even after the X2010 has lost all of the power it is going to lose (it will eventually stop losing power and bottom out), it will still be the fastest car in the game. ;)

Well, except for new, broken-in X2010s. <--- For the Literal Police out there.

Exactly. Can you really feel the lost horsepower? The machine is stupid fast.

When I've got my X2010 up to 100,000 miles (with no engine rebuild) I'll let you know!!:D (There's still that B-Spec career trophy!)
