I haven't really figured out how to get a fresh list of used cars yet.

I've bought cars and waited a day and still no new cars.

Am I missing something? And yes I used advanced search.

Do a race or load up a license test. I think you get 6 cars for every race you do.

Every race/license test etc. that you enter, it gives 6 more for the UCD. Also, it updates when the new day ticks over.

Thanks alot guys. I've been trading to many cars apparently. Need to race more!!

Some of us though want the ucd to stay there forever so we can get the money in time to buy that fancy rare racer that appeared on the last row :D

You can only send another car to a friend every new "real" day.
The UCD updates after every in game day.

Agreed. Well I found something interesting atleast to me, the Zonda C12S '00. Kinda looks like the old batman car from behind.

Seeing as it's not been pointed out to you the easiest way to refresh all 36 cars in the UCD in one go is to go into the licence tests, pick one and click on the first challenge. When it's loaded up click onto the next licence test (you do not need to start the individual licence tests), keep repeating until you on on licence test 5 and quit and come out to the main screen. Enter the UCD and voila you will have 36 new cars in there. Repeat this as many times as you like until you find what you want.

Enter Licenses then come straight out. Repeat 3 more times then UCD will show new cars.

6 new cars appear and 6 cars dissapear every time you:

-Start a race, even if you just restart right after you have finished it, 6 cars will rotate at the UCD

-Start a license test, the same test can be repeated as many times as you want without rotating at the UCD. Entering one, drive it once, then quit and enter the same again will probably rotate the UCD.

-Start a Special event, same rule as the license tests, won't rotate unless you select a new event.Entering one, drive it once, then quit and enter the same again will probably rotate the UCD.

Enter Licenses then come straight out. Repeat 3 more times then UCD will show new cars.

No.

Go to Licences, go into one of them, come out and the UCD will show some (6, in fact) new cars. Go into a licence test, skip to the next one four times (say, B1 to B5) and then come out and the UCD will show a full set of new cars.

Not "probably". It will do it - and you don't need to drive it.

Giving answers that you don't know is not helpful. If you don't know the answer, don't give it. This one is the nearest to a complete answer (though he says 36 cars when there's only 30):
