I am buying a new PS2 soon.
I want to buy the Region X DVD to make my PS2 region free.
I am in Europe, meaning I will get the PS2 PAL Europe version.

Question:
Does this DVD make my PS2 play NTSC movies?
Does this DVD make my PS2 play NTSC games?
Does this DVD make my PS2 play other region movies?
Does this DVD make my PS2 play other region games?

Anyone with real experience, please help.
