Registry question....been waiting for 6 weeks

about 6 weeks ago I got my new GTP_ psn id I posted my sector 2 and 3 times to Vexan or what ever the name maybe be... still have not heard anything..... so i did the whole thing again and still nothing...... ive sent e-mails, messages and still no body can be bothered to get back to me and explain whaat is going on...
