Reinstalling Horizon 3

So, I uninstalled Horizon 3 from my PC about the same time 4 was about to release. I am currently reinstalling so I can play with the Toyotas

I had a 100% completion on the game and downloaded all the packs and expansions. Does everything stay or do I need to start from scratch again?

Your save should be in the cloud, for whatever that's worth - my nearly complete save got deleted somehow, but I did have a weird technical issue that I can't remember the details of.

I installed on the PC having briefly played in on Xbox when it first came out. All my stuff transferred over
