Is the current way the display of remaining laps works the way it's intended to be? In the GTS manual it says the following...
"An estimate of the number of laps you can run at the current fuel setting will also be displayed below the meter."
I've just run the Bathurst GT League race, and that's certainly not what it does. What it shows instead, is the number of remaining laps if you go at fuel map "1". When you change the fuel mapping, it doesn't change, it simply counts down slower than before. What do I need that for? I already have the remaining fuel percentage and the current way it works just makes one display a simple multiplication of the other. What I definitely cannot derive from that, is how many laps I can do on the current fuel map, rendering the remaining laps-display useless.
The weird thing is, it used to work correctly, i.e. when you changed the fuel map, the remaining laps would quickly change to a new estimate. Why on earth did they change that?
