I'm pretty sure that Hamish and Andy. Who are Australian. Not English!

You can listen to them here, between 4pm-6pm GMT+10. They're actually killing the afternoon ratings here with something along the lines of 20% of listeners.

They also make a TV show called 'Real Stories'. Which I find pretty funny.
