Hmm, maybe this was stated because we want to try and cleanse the server of all the stuff that isn't necessary (it has been acting rather buggy). I'll clean mine out a little (I think I have close to 100 messages in there at the moment...)

Experience in what? If you don't mind my asking.

At work I have a 300MB limit on our mail files. That is because of disk space on the mail server. Additionally it seems irrelevant to have more space than that. When I remind people to clean out their mail files it's because they cease to receive mail if their file is too large. We're running a business and not getting mail is a very bad thing. But at GTP who gives a crap if you don't get a message? It's probably about something stupid anyway. (:
