Remote Race Drivers never win?

I've been trying out remote racing for the first time this morning.
I've set up all kinds of different races with different bspec driver levels too.

My drivers are all around level 33-34

Even when up against opponents that the best level is 25 they still lose.

+They always get awful cars.

Anyone know what I can do to change/help this?

Do the drivers become better at remote racing over time?
 
Most of the time, I've seen that placing generally follows the levels, but it might have to do with the driver mood (the little arrow by their name), and starting position, which is pretty random.
 
I've been racing a level 34 with the diagonal upwards arrow. He should be destroying the opposition but he always seems to get a weaker car when it comes to the start of the race. Even when he's racing higher level drivers
 
They become better over time, but 33-34 is up to par IMO. Depending on how you play remote racing its really not about winning, its about letting your friends win the races you host. Your guys will get WINS from the other hosts so don't worry about it.
 
The car selection is meant to be random, so a lower LVL bob can still win the race if he gets the better car. I remote race fairly often and depending on the mood and the 'temperament' of the driver my 'hot headed' guys win about 1 in 10 races.
I usually have packed rooms so out of 16 drivers it seems to share around the wins pretty well.
Remote racing is not for you if your trying to keep high stats/race wins ratio for your driver.
Remote racing is for the cash!
 
It's more car related than driving levels imo. Do the special stage route 5 level and the v8 vantage will come bottom and the vw nardo concept will come 1st most times! Now I'm not saying levels don't play any part because a level 0 driver won't win in the nardo but I'd say anything above 25 and they'll win, even racing other bob's at much higher levels. As for the vantage I'm pretty sure it always come last no matter what level driver it has.
 
I agree with the other posters, don't worry about winning. It's all about getting free money and B-Spec XP while you're not at home!

Do it. Well worth it. Use a sub account to beef up your main account drivers exp and $£$£.

I have had a level 9 driver beat a level 36 driver before. I have found that if you do the NASCAR race, the cars are pretty much identical and the higher level drivers rise to the top and so on.
