Remote Race no access?

Been trying for days to get the remote race to work, I got it to work the first day after the 1.07 update but since then I have just got an "Access error - Aborted" and then a blank web page, now today I manage to get the page to open again, and then when I put the PS3 online with the server standby I get a "server under manitainace" popup it is very frustrating.
It feels bad that I have not been able to return the favour of running friend's Bobs.

Ive tried the remote racing from the web broswer page, and it just simply doesnt work,1. it takes about a 10 minutes to load up the page. and 2. when i click on remote racing, nothing happens, just sits there trying to frustrate me..

Finaly got it to work, but it has been frustrating these past few days.
