Remove Noise using Photoshop

I use a program called Neat Image to remove noise from my photos, but if you don't want to purchase it, you can remove noise in good old Photoshop.

Simply go to Filter > Noise > Median. Set the Radius to either 1 or 2. There. Who ever said filters suck.
