Removing all game updates from version 2.17

I've been slaving away at the red bull x challenges for quite some time, and I heard that I could gold all of them via glitching out of the map. However, this is only feasible in ver. 1.10. Currently I'm on ver. 2.17 (latest version of the game) and I want to go back to ver. 1.10. Is this possible?

It is possible to go back with updates but I believe you won't be able to play with your existing saves.

i see. whenever i tried to downgrade, i couldn’t downgrade past version 2.11 which is odd.

What disc do you have? Some discs come with different versions, and therefore you will only be able to go back as far as the version that the disc has on it.
