So I have a couple cars I would like to removed Weight Reductions/Engine Tunings from. I was excited to find 5 coupons in my inventory that said they reset a car back to its original condition, these tickets said they remove all upgrades from a vehicle. So I tried them out, and they removed nothing from either vehicle! Just reset the mileage. Are those working as intended?

Yup, weight and Staged engine tuning are permanent.
