Renault Trophy Race Car Championship

I'm going to be hosting a championship that includes both of the 2 Renault Trophy Race cars that is currently on the Online Collector Dealership on GT5. Their the Renault Clio Trophy Race Car & the Lutecia Renault Sport Trophy Race Car. These are the only 2 cars that are allowed in the championship so if u don't have 1 and want to join the championship, then buy 1 of these 2 cars now. They're both only 57,500cr each so it's not like they cost a huge amount.

I'm looking to have at least 8 drivers in this championship before I do start it. If I have 12 drivers and it's an even amount I will also do a constructors championship and will ask the each 2 drivers to agree on a colour to choose for the championship. U may choose any colour but make sure that it doesn't look like another teams colour and this will be on a 1st comes, 1st serve basis. The teams will be a pick out of the hat kind of draw and I wish for no asking if someone wishes to be team-mates with soeone else. I will not allow this so don't ask and there won't be any exceptions for this

If u wish to join then just post ##join. The date for the 1st round will not be confirmed till an 8th driver has joined the championship and races will be on every 2 weeks unless something happens so that I need to postpone it. If it does get postponed then it will be on the next week. Races will be every Sunday.
 
What times on sunday? My series has just finished but when I start a new one it will be 6:30 our time...

Id join it though :)
 
It'll depend what sort of time I can do each round but I will announce the times so that anyone can join so times will be flexible depending on when people can join

Im in iHealy's series, but im interested, sounds good, but you need to work things out a bit more, like rules, points and what not. A provisional yes from me though. :)

Interesting, no offence though, but I'm guessing this will be more my level. I don't think I'm quite up to competing with a GT Academy finalist :)
 
If that's seriously why people are staying away from my racing series, that's not really a great reason. I have several drivers in my Miata Series that didn't make it very far in the GTA competition and they are just as good as me. Guess I'll start making some racing series and just sit out the races...
 
its not that at all, I'm quick to admit I'm not exactly a fast driver, and that's the main thing that keeps me away from lots of the series. I also prefer more relaxed race series'. And I got no-where in GTA...

Only way to get better is to race with the best. :)
 
I've competed in the Flyin Miata series a few times and its filled with drivers who are outragiously faster then me. But I stick in it, try to ask questions, follow their lines learn what they do. I pick up a second on one of my lap times, due to me following my brothers (R1600Turbo) line around Grand Valley.
 
I'll race with guys who I fell I can race against, and not get left for dust. As I get faster, I will start to look for more competitive series, and see how that goes :)
