They updated some of the things that take a bit longer to adjust, I believe there are notches for adjusting the height of the wheel platform and instead of using a hex nut to lock in the height adjustment, it is tool-less. It's just an improved version, but don't think it's anything that would warrant trading in a V1 for a V2.
