The shifter on my G25 is dying. I've lost reverse and it is starting to drop out of third. As far as I've found I have a choice between a G27 shifter, the Thrustmaster Th8rs, and the Actlabs rs shifter. Any recommendations? or caveats?

Out of the ones you mentioned, and if you're running it on a PC, the TH8RS hands down. You can buy aftermarket shifter plates as well as shorter shafts if you want.
