Replay issues!

After running a race my replay seems to be stuck on super fast foward. However when I quit that replay and then go to the replay function on the menu it plays in normal speed.

Has anyone else had this problem, or any ideas how to make it stop doing that?
 
Press down the left analog stick (L3). That toggles the fast forward.
 
I also have a problem on replays. The music is loud but the sound effects i find very quiet. I went to the otpions and put the sound effects all the way up on replays but i find it to be very quiet. Anyone else have the same problem?

help would be appreciated.
