Replays in license test

Has anyone else found a recorded replay in any of the license tests?

I was doing the S licenses last night and when I got to #3 noticed a friend had his ghost replay recorded, its the only license I've seen with one, its got 'Ghost replay', 'Watch Replay', 'Save Replay'.

Normally to get your ghost recorded you have to be in the top 10 times at some point.

i thought that must be the case, its a decent time, can't imagine its still a top 10 time though. Any idea where to see this 'board'?

No probs,
I don't think there is a board for licence tests, i can't find it anyway.
