Check this strange glitch out,

But, after a reloaded the page,

Everything was back to normal.

The report symbol was the user's avatar, with the car as the report symbol. I have never seen anything like this before. Was it just something that occurred with the massive amount of 5,000+ people on at this current time?

I'm not sure what would cause something like that, but it wouldn't be a symptom of server load. There was most likely an error in your browser's or proxy server's cache.
