Request tuning help for awd

I seriously have no clue where to start. Read the tuning bible v3 to an extent but it confused me. I dint want a tune just a basic start to help me on the right track to tune the Gtr spec v 09. Like what gear to launch in and should I have long or short 1st n 2nd gears. Then do I need softer or stiffer springs for awd? Lastly more toe in or what, I just have no clue how to start. Any help I greatly appreciate

No toe. Long first, and a not as long 2nd.Launch in 1st.

Trans-
Reset to default. Top speed selector bar to lowest setting (149)
1st-All the way to the left
2nd-leave alone
4th, 5th, and 6th all the way to the right. Then take 3rd to the left till it lines up with 4th and 5th (On the graph) Then move your final gear to the left till you reach your desired top speed.

Suspension-
Front-low
Back- high
do the same with your dampers.
