After each update, and there has been many, my resolution resets to default and I can't enter races. All other settings are left alone. Not a huge problem, just a pain to reset. Am I the only one this is happening to? Another question I have is why my resolution, 1920X1080 @ 60 Hz, is not available? 1920X1080 @ 59.9 Hz is the closest and is what I use and it seems to work fine.

That did not happen to me.

But the resent Windows 10 Anniversary update did reset everything and I mean everything to default. Had to reinstall G25 drivers and whatnot.

This has happened to me several times and, when it does, I can't get onto the track until I change the resolution back to one that my monitor supports. Annoying, but not a big deal once you're aware of it.

I actually did experience that behaviour also, but as Johnnypenso mentioned, the fix is easy.

Same with me. It uses a different resolution each time as well. Easy enough to change and yes, 1920 x 1080 with 59. something hz.

The resolution reset worked me over twice. But I'm wise to it now. What really hurt me was the Windows 10 update.
My G27 has not been the same since. Both Assetto Corsa and PCars are FUBAR. And I tried everything in forums and various sites to fix it. I gave up and ordered a Thrustmaster T300RS kit. You can see my further adventures on the T300 wheel thread under hardware. I am still pissed about my G27.

You won't be after a few laps with the T300. :sly: I presume you reinstalled the Logitech drivers? I've seen several reports of G27 problems after the Win10 update and I think pretty much all of them were solved by redownloading/reinstalling the drivers.

Yes, I went that route. In fact you helped me fix part of the issue. I was able to rid my self of the Driving Force GT being displayed in Logitech profiler. I just could not get by the wheel over reacting to the slightest turn to the left or right.
Just way too sensitive. And refused to center. Thank you again Brandon. 👍

I had that too with my G25, but reinstalling the drivers fixed it. But it was indeed a big mess this Win10 update.

but reinstalling the drivers fixed it.

Perhaps I just don't get "re-installing" the drivers. In one of my attempts, I turned off networking, removed drivers and Logitech HID/USB drivers. Then rebooted my PC without network connectivity. Finally I re-installed the Logitech 510_X64 software.

The Wheel still went crazy steering. Even in Assetto Corsa and PCars I had no control. I already have PCars on PS4
I now plan of having Assetto Corsa on PS4 as well. I do love how both PCars and Assetto look and handle on PC.

What I would do is go to the Control Panel and delete the driver from your system. Then restart. Then redownload the driver and let it reinstall itself, that way you can be sure that any bugs that might have worked their way in are removed and you have a fresh install. After it's done do another restart for good measure and hopefully all will be well. I don't think there's any need to turn off networking?

Done to prevent an automatic Windows Update for undoing what I just accomplished.

I am however thinking that this time Saturday, I should have the Thrustmaster T300 Alcantara.
But I can always use a backup wheel.

Happens to me too. The menu and interface are a constant reminder that they're an indie studio. They have two 'Start' buttons for some reason... I still love the sim and they are clearly working their arses off to keep bringing high quality content.
