Just like It says I restored my game on my new system and all seems ok now but I cant use my cars that I bought when I pre ordered the game from game stop any idea how to get them back?
From the PS3's XMB, under Playstation Network, you'll find "account management", click that then "transaction management" and you'll see "download list" lower down. The downloads are in there. Well, they're not really downloads as such, more of an activation for them.
I recently deleted & re-installed the game data so I too lost the anniversary edition cars & paints.
I've just followed @kilesa4568's instructions above & the Precision Pack downloaded again. I went into the game & the cars are still blocked. They appear in the garage but with a yellow exclamation mark tagged onto them & they can't be selected. It's the same as before I went into transaction history & attempted to get them back.

Sorry, scrap that. There were more packs other than Precision, further down the list. I've re-downloaded & installed them all now & it has worked.
