retrieving video's from an ipod

Hi everyone.
I was recently cleaning my pc's hardrive and have acidently deleted all my videos. :facepalm:
I however have them all on my ipod. But how do I transfer the video files from my ipod to my pc. My ipod is jailbroken but I can still conect it through the usb. Any idea's/ ways I could retreive my beloved video's.
