Return of the GTP chat?

Is it likely or not? Currently there is a chat group in Skype, but the new members etc aren't and probably won't be aware of it unless they're invited. I'm sure that the chat would increase the amount of new friendships etc on GTP, as long as there's a team of dedicated moderators keeping an eye on the room(s).
