Return the interest to the game

Hello,

I was playing GT6 on PS3 for almost a year. (with g27 wheel)
Now I'm at the advanced stages of the challenges and starting to loose interest of the game.
I would like to know how can I start the game from scratch?
(I need to re-install or something like that? how can I do it?)
And is there any way to disable the gear change aid? So it wouldn't show me the next recommended gear before corners.

The easiest way to start again is to set up a new profile on the PS3 as an additional user.
When you go into gt6 you will start again, but without losing your old game progress.
The recommend gear can be turned of in the options menu when in a race. Pause the game and go into the section with the boxes (the one where you turn off the driving line).

Do as Glovesman said.

If you want to increase your enjoyment of the game try doing the races again using the in car view with the HUD switched off, no driving aids and using your H pattern shifter and clutch. You don't need to create a new profile to do this. I have been doing the recent seasonals that way and it increases the realism and challenge - I have particularly enjoyed doing the 500PP seasonal round Deep Forest that way using the Renault 8 Gordini, Corvette Racer Concept and Ferrari 250 GTO.
 
500pp times (National B) times were really fun :), its so hard to win now in IA and S games
