Reverse lights

One thing thats bothered me since the first GT is why dont the regular cars have reverse lights that work, I can understand the race cars but they should have made the regular cars lights work.
Does anyone agree. I mean they went so far on making the game so perfect why not that too?? :burnout:
 
Even better when the lights come on at 250mph and the gearbox falls out!!!

Who said the would come on when your going 250, we're talking about when you back up if you crash or spinout. :Poke:
 
Skid Marks would be cool but would take up alot of PS2's pwer and would sacrifice some graphics/scenery!

Reverse lights hmmmm never actually checked that!

It's a Renault 5 Alpina GTS , MR and Turbo tuned to 285 Hp circa 1981 (till 1986) IMHO...
 
u must be ****in' bored or something, your there to win the race to not reverse around and look at the lights.
but thats just my opinion.

I don't think the dynamic skid marks would take up too much power, especially considering that all the skid marks on the tracks are actually sprites overlayed on the ground. You can see them sticking up at the top of the corkscrew if you look carefully.
 
Hey we're just saying that it would add to the realizem so relax.
