Ride height adjustment question?

Hey guys i searched every where for this but unfortunately i found no answer. Sorry if this question has been already asked on the forums.

Quick question, i was wondering how to lower my car because im not really sure about numbers mean (ex. does the negative numbers mean lower ride height or vice versa)
