Is anyone playing Ridge Racer 6? I just picked up my copy at $20 new. However, I have to wait until christmas, which is when I will have my 360.:grumpy: How do you guys like it? Is it possible to turn off the announcer voice? Is there a story accompanying the careers mode like in R4? I played Ridge Racer 4 for PS1 and loved it.

What do you guys think of RR6?
 
If you are going into RR6 expecting the pure greatness that was R4, you are going to be disappointed. RR6 is more of a RR5 and RRR combination than R4 or Rage Racer.
 
Whenever I think about RR now I think about that stupid PS3 pressentation video of the guy saying RR over and over. lol

It's such an old title I don't see how it can compete with others but I guess I'll rent it and see what it's like.

If it's $20 new I can't see that as a good sign either. :dopey:
