Ridiculous Gold Chrome Trades?

I've put my Gold Chrome up for trade in the Marketplace but all I want back is lesser valued cars like honda civics & silvia's etc.

I look around as my thread isnt so popular thinking WTF!

all the guys who are asking for Toyota GT1 and X2010 are getting hundreds of trades..

WHY!? lol I'ts completely stupid if you ask me...

who of you would actually rather to trade for a lesser valued car or a higher valued car?

Cars don't have value because of duping. Sending a 5 dollar car is the same as sending a 20 million one if your getting the same thing in return.
 
it does now that they are implementing a ban on trades of cars worth more than 1,000,000Cr when purchased

Then didn't you just answer your own question? If you have until the 3rd to trade vehicles over 1M, why would you trade for vehicles under that cap when you can just wait a week and do it?
 
yeah but i dont get why they are doing it to begin with? i know duping is easilly done but it is a bit of hassle having to quit the game go back in etc..

all i ask is for a measley 20k car. do you really need to dupe it?

I never said anything about duping. I said you won't be able to trade for a, for example, Jaguar XJ13 or Toyota GT1 in a few days so if you want one, you better get on it now. Your Civic will still be tradable when the Jaguar isn't.
 
It's the deadline on the 3rd. Most traders are trying to complete their high credit trades before the cap comes back. Try again in a week and I bet you get a better response.

maybe you can't grasp this concept, but none of these cars have any value at all. they're just a few bits of electronic code.

The cars in the game have no value at all - they are PIXELS - The value of the car is what you make of it. Here's the deal, if it's yours, you can do with it what you want and no-one can tell you differently. If someone wants to give an X1 for a paint chip, GREAT, especially if both parties agree to the trade. Obviously you are a little butt-hurt over something...

Neither does GT5. You paid £40 (or equivalent in other currencies) for a blu-ray disc with a few bits of electronic code imprinted on it. You could have payed a lot less for a blank disk. Most of the 'real money' in the world is just a load of 1's and 0's on some computers.
 
exactly, I paid for the hard copy, I wanted the disc and associated packaging. don't buy into the illusion of artificial scarcity.
